two years later? that is rather a long and drawn-out engagement in my experience. since Cliff n Kris are longtime friends and co-workers on many projects, they probably decided to split quietly and amicably.

i've personally never known any couple that got engaged and didn't get hitched well before the 1.5 year mark had passed, unless they split up before that length of time had passed. even if it was a courthouse wedding or one in somebody's backyard with just a dozen or so of their closest friends and immediate family present.
